Products are magnetic particle detected and eddy current sorted after heat treatment. Torque-tension-friction test is done to ensure proper torque coefficient or friction coefficient.
We produce Anti-Delayed-Fracture fasteners class 13.9 and 14.9, and Ultra-High-Tensile-Strength fasteners class 15.8 and 16.8.
